SUMMARY:Understanding Links between Social Emotional Development & Poverty
DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, February 24\, Cradle to Career Alliance (C2CA) is really excited to offer our first symposium of the year\, entitled\, Understanding Links between Social Emotional Development & Poverty. We will be holding this free event at Bush Auditorium (MU Cornell Hall) from 9-noon\, with light continental breakfast / coffee at 8:30. \nOur keynote is Dr. Eric Pakulak from the Brain Development Lab\, University of Oregon. His research linking neurosciences with interventions for Head Start children and families was featured on PBS NOVA\, School of the Future.
