There is no refund of exhibitor and/or contribution fees after October 1, 2023. Should the meeting be canceled or rescheduled for any reason (or for reasons of force majeure), MOAAP will offer a refund for all contributions and exhibitor fees within 30 days of the canceled event. MOAAP will not be financially responsible for any other expenses or fees incurred by the exhibitor and/or contributor.
